Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping in the 48 contiguous U.S. with no minimum purchase!

It means we will deliver your items absolutely FREE to any address in the contiguous USA! No hidden charges, no surprises, the price of the item you see in our store is the total cost you pay when you reach a checkout – perfect!

We will dispatch your items within 48 hours from the purchase – and notify you as soon as your item is shipped, so you know it’s on its way. The delivery time depends on your location and takes between 3 and 10 business days. We use trusted UPS or USPS to handle all our deliveries, they will deliver your order securely from our boutique to your door!

If 2 weeks have passed from a ship date, please contact us, as your item might be delayed in the post or lost – we will be happy to investigate it further for you. Simply drop us an email, chat with us, or fill our contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

30 Day Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you would like to return it for any reason, please take advantage of our 30 Day Returns Policy. You can return your unused items within 30 days from receipt of purchase for an exchange or a refund. Simply contact us with your request, mention your name and order number and we will be happy to assist you.

You will receive return instructions and a full address to send your items to. Please note returned items must be unworn, unused and still in original condition to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item appears to be worn, washed or damaged in any way.

You, as a buyer, are responsible for covering the cost of sending items back to us. Please pack it securely and use a trackable courier when sending the item. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels being lost in the post.

Once your item arrives, we will notify you by email and process with your request within 24 hours. If your item complies with our policies we will proceed with the refund or an exchange. If you requested a refund, we will credit the full amount to your original payment method. If you opted for an exchange, we will send you a product of your choice [if in stock] within 24 hours.

In the case of the exchanged item exceeding the value of your original purchase, we will contact you in order to cover the difference. If the item or a size you requested is not in stock, we will offer an alternative, organize a back-order or proceed with a refund, depending on your decision.


Please note that any item received after 30 days have passed from the date of receipt or returned without a prior notification from the buyer, does not comply with our Return Policy and we reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange in this case. This does not affect your statutory rights.
